25 Years of Turning Data Chaos Into Business Advantage
From Fortune 500 transformation to your growth trajectory
I've spent 25+ years leading data transformation at some of the world's most complex organizations—TD Bank, Visa, Disney, and TSYS. I've seen what works when the stakes are high and the budgets are scrutinized.
My path wasn't traditional. I started as an engineer, moved through technical leadership, earned my MBA at Darden, and eventually ran data organizations for Fortune 500 companies across financial services, payments, and entertainment. That journey taught me something critical: the best technical solutions fail without business alignment.
I watched talented teams build sophisticated analytics that never got used. I saw executives approve million-dollar data investments that never connected to P&L outcomes. That's when my philosophy crystallized: Data is a Team Sport. Technical excellence matters, but only when paired with business integration and measurable ROI.
Today I work with mid-market and enterprise organizations that need Fortune 500 rigor without Fortune 500 bureaucracy. I bring the strategic frameworks and proven methodologies from Disney and Visa, adapted for organizations that need to move fast and show results.
My approach is simple: Build capability, not dependency. I'm not interested in long consulting engagements that make you reliant on outside expertise. I design strategies you can execute, build teams that can sustain momentum, and create measurement frameworks that prove business value.

Data is a Team Sport
The measure of a data leader isn't the dashboards they build, but the culture they create.
I believe in servant leadership—developing people who can eventually take your job. The best data transformations don't happen because of brilliant individuals working in isolation. They happen when business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership align around common outcomes. My job is to build that alignment and then work myself out of a job.
How I Work
Business Outcomes First
Every data initiative connects to specific business metrics. No analytics for analytics' sake.
Build Capability, Not Dependency
I design strategies your team can execute and sustain after I'm gone. Knowledge transfer is built in, not bolted on.
Honest Assessment
I'll tell you what's working and what's not. No sugar-coating technical debt or organizational gaps.
Measurable Results
We define success criteria upfront and track progress transparently. You'll know if it's working.
